Pedal Kids Race Series 2023

Pedal Kids Race Series (PKRS), presented by Ozark Foundation & Arkansas Children’s, is our region’s premier family-friendly kids race series in Northwest Arkansas! PKRS this year is all about fun and being outside with family, and is the perfect opportunity for kids aged 2-11 to showcase their bike skills, experience the thrill of the start, and build memories that last forever.

Kids will compete in lap races through fun obstacles on a truly unique, kid-friendly race course full of surprises. We encourage ALL families that attend to attend ALL four races– the more races your kiddos participate in, the higher chance your family will have to win prizes! There are a number of ways to win prizes:

PKRS Series Raffle: For every race that each one of your kiddos participate in, they will be entered to win our Series Prize! So, two kids in all four races will have four entries each into the Series Raffle Prize
Prize 1: Prevelo Alpha 4, 24” MTB bike
Prize 2: Spawn Yogi, 16” MTB bike
Individual Race Raffles: Each race there will be a separate raffle that each participating child will be entered into.
Podium Prizes: Podium prizes will be handed out at each race for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place race winners.
Medals: It takes a bit of courage to race alongside hundreds of kids and complete the course– and that makes a winner to us! Every kiddo that completes their race will receive a super-cool custom Pedal Kids Race Medal!
Swag Bags: Each kiddo will receive a swag bag at each race containing a whole bunch of goodies!

There will be a total of four jam-packed races across NWA, including Memorial Park, Osage Park, Thaden School, and the Series Finale at Buddy Pegs HQ. Race distances and race types are adjusted for appropriate age and ability level.

Free for balance bikers

$20 per kiddo, per race for all others

Theme: Halloween– Dress in scary costumes!

Theme: Fall/Thanksgiving– Dress in Fall colors!

Sunday, December 10th- Buddy Pegs HQ
Theme: Holiday– Dress for the Holiday Spirit!

*Registration ends 15 minutes before each race; NO Late Entries
*Awards will be handed out after each category
*Raffles will be held at the end– Must be present to win prizes.
*Food and Beverage vendors will be on hand at some races
*These races will continue through the Rain, Snow, or Shine… so please dress accordingly!
