MOMENT OF MOVEMENT

Join Cocoon Yoga Lab every other Tuesday for an evening of restorative movement at the Momentary.
Energizing and gently challenging, this session of “mellow-ish” warm flow is designed for those who want the benefits of mild heat without the speed and intensity that comes from a dynamic yoga class. Throughout the practice, we’ll explore a variety of postures through breath and movement, building strength, gaining flexibility and developing stillness within.
Beginner-friendly and open to yogis of all skill levels, this class is designed to challenge your practice, no matter how new or experienced you are. We’ll work up to a glisten, but you will not be dripping in sweat —perfect if you want to unwind with friends in the Tower Bar after class with our special happy hour menu.

Please bring a yoga mat to practice on, along with any props to help make you more comfortable, such as a blanket, small bolster, or pillow. We also recommend you wear comfortable layers you can easily stretch and move in. Yoga mats will be available on request for each class.
