Chef Ernce’s style is characterized by a strong emphasis on seasonality, local sourcing, balancing flavors and textures, and playing on modern cooking techniques that appeal to a wide range of palates. He’s explored a variety of culinary paths through his restaurant experience, from modern American plates to farm-fresh Southern, Italian, and fusion dishes.
