Coming in 2023: WOKA Whitewater Park

A new water sport is coming to the Northwest Arkansas area

Thanks to WOKA Whitewater Park, water sport enthusiasts will soon have another reason to visit Northwest Arkansas. Opening in 2023, the park will feature waves for kayakers, surfers and tubers of all skill levels.

WOKA will be a best-in-class whitewater park and feature a 1,200-foot long channel with eight drop-features. Additionally, the park will include waterfront spectator seating, walking trails and stand-up paddle boarding areas for visitors seeking a more relaxing experience.

Although the 30-acre park site falls within the Oklahoma border, it will be a short drive away from Siloam Springs.

Siloam Springs is a vibrant and growing community with a friendly atmosphere and abundant natural beauty. The city offers both indoor and outdoor activities for visitors of all ages. When visiting Siloam Springs, explore the beautiful downtown, restaurants, city trails, and the Siloam Springs Kayak Park.

WOKA is a project of the Grand River Dam Authority and the City of Siloam Springs, with support from the Walton Family Foundation.
