SUMMARY:Deepavali Art Studio Special Chai Time with Crystal Bridges
DESCRIPTION:Deepavali Art Studio\nSpecial Chai Time with Crystal Bridges \nRa-Ve Cultural Foundation\, in collaboration with Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art\, is excited to celebrate Deepavali (also called Diwali)\, the Indian festival of lights.  \nTogether\, we’ll watch the story of Deepavali through a live “Yakshagana” performance\, a traditional Indian theater style that combines music\, dance\, and storytelling. We’ll also get creative with hands-on activities of traditional Indian “Diya” (lamp) with clay and other festive Indian crafts and designs to share associated with the holiday. \nLocal artists from our community will join us\, and we’re inviting all school kids and families from across Northwest Arkansas to take part.
