DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the 19th annual Carving in the Ozarks chainsaw carving festival held right in the heart of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs\, Arkansas\, on April 26-27\, 2024. \nThis event brings together some of the most talented carvers from around the country (and even some international talent) to showcase their skills and compete for cash prizes. \nWHAT TO EXPECT: This festival brings the art and mastery of chainsaw carving to a family friendly festival. Throughout the festival\, you and your family will be able to watch as raw logs are transformed into stunning works of art right before your eyes. Whether you’re a fan of bears\, eagles\, or other wildlife\, you’ll find something to admire among the many pieces on display. \nBut the festival isn’t just about the finished carvings – it’s also an opportunity to help support some local organizations through a live auction held at 4PM on Saturday\, April 27th. The proceeds from the auction will go towards helping area food pantries and to the Eureka Springs High School Skills Lab. \nUnable to stay for the auction? DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 12th Annual Pagnozzi Parker Charity Big Bass Tournament on Saturday\, April 27th\, 2024. This tournament will take place on Beaver Lake with weigh-in at Prairie Creek and will be in memory of John Randall. Hourly cash prizes for 1st\, 2nd\, & 3rd place ($300\, $200\, $100) plus payouts for 1st place overall ($5\,000) and 2nd place overall ($1\,000). $60 per fisherman. Online registration is available until Friday\, April 26th at 5:00 pm. Shirts and hats will be available for purchase!
